Agiliza is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us at privacy@agiliza.ao.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside Angola (e.g., EU or US-based cloud providers). When this occurs, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses — consistent with the requirements of Angolan data protection law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification or email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this document.
